Acrylic with Gouache on Canvas. This piece is about my late pet cat who passed due to illness. Immortalizing her memory, I printed a 3D print as seen in the central composition. Inspired by Paul Cezanne and Arnold Böcklin, I went for a symbolic still life composition, in relation to the theme of immortality; or immortalization.
In reality, the 3D print is not as large as seen in the composition, but edited from the original photo seen right after the artwork.
