Cycles

A short animation of the metaphysical journey of an immortal with their relationships, exploring the life cycle of themselves to cats. Yet, knowing full well of their life, our human tendency to yearn for connection repeats history.
This section demonstrates my process from brainstorming to complete animation.
With a focus on symbolic pacing (one second panels in 24fps), I challenged myself to attempt to express a story with the limited timeframe while evoking symbolic meaning.
